In addition, I am a Certified POSH Expert and DEI Practitioner, actively supporting organizations in strengthening workplace governance, gender inclusion, and ethical compliance frameworks.

My work bridges financial discipline with people-centric governance, ensuring both regulatory integrity and inclusive organizational culture.
