Sohaib Dastgoshade is Kurdish and originally from Kurdistan. He is a PhD candidate at RMIT University's College of Business and Law. He specializes in operations management, supply chain management, and logistics. His research focuses on addressing real-world challenges by developing innovative and optimized solutions.

Currently, Sohaib is exploring advanced methodologies to enhance efficiency and resilience in supply chain systems, with a focus on blood donor management. He thrives at the intersection of data-driven analysis and practical implementation, aiming to craft strategies that generate both economic and societal benefits.
