CreatorBusinessOS is a productivity platform designed for creators, businesses, agencies, freelancers, and professionals to manage campaigns, sponsors, contracts, invoices, media kits, calendars, analytics, business workflows, and offline business data from a single workspace.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information CreatorBusinessOS collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CreatorBusinessOS, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

3. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• CreatorBusinessOS Android application

It does not apply to third-party applications, websites, or services that CreatorBusinessOS links to.

Depending on how you use CreatorBusinessOS, we may collect the following information.

Account Information

When creating an online account, you may provide:

• Profile photograph

• Account type (Creator or Business)

Authentication is securely managed using Firebase Authentication with Google Sign-In where supported.

Profile Information

You may voluntarily provide:

• Biography

• Website

• Social media links

• Creator niche

• Business information

• Company details

This information may be edited or deleted by you at any time.

Workspace Data

CreatorBusinessOS stores the information you create inside the application, including but not limited to:

• Campaigns

• Sponsors

• Contracts

• Invoices

• Payment records

• Calendar events

• Analytics

• Media Kit content

• Notes

• Uploaded images

• Business information

This information is used solely to provide CreatorBusinessOS functionality.

Offline Vault

CreatorBusinessOS includes an Offline Vault mode.

When using Offline Vault:

• Your workspace is stored locally on your Android device.

• CreatorBusinessOS does not automatically upload Offline Vault data to our servers.

• Offline Vault can be used without creating a cloud account.

• Your data remains under your control unless you explicitly export or restore a backup.

Device Information

For security, compatibility, and troubleshooting, CreatorBusinessOS may process limited device information such as:

• Device model

• Android version

• Application version

• Preferred language

• Time zone

This information is not used to personally identify you.

Subscription Information

If you purchase CreatorBusinessOS Pro, subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

CreatorBusinessOS does not receive or store:

• Credit card numbers

• Debit card information

• UPI PINs

• Banking passwords

• Payment credentials

Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

CreatorBusinessOS does not currently collect or access:

• GPS location

• SMS messages

• Contact lists

• Call history

• Microphone recordings

• Camera photos without your action

• Files outside those you explicitly choose

If future features require additional permissions, CreatorBusinessOS will request your permission before accessing them.

6. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Create and manage your account

• Authenticate your identity

• Synchronize your workspace (where applicable)

• Manage campaigns

• Manage sponsors

• Manage contracts

• Manage invoices

7. Firebase Services

CreatorBusinessOS currently uses Google Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Authentication

• Cloud Firestore

• Firebase Storage

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (where applicable)

These services process information according to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, CreatorBusinessOS may receive:

• Google account name

• Profile picture (if available)

This information is used only for authentication and account creation.

9. Notifications

CreatorBusinessOS may send notifications relating to:

Notifications can be disabled at any time through Android settings.

10. Media and Uploaded Files

If you upload profile photos, sponsor logos, campaign images, or other media, those files are used only to support CreatorBusinessOS features.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

11. Offline Backup & Restore

CreatorBusinessOS allows users to manually create backups of their Offline Vault.

Backup files:

• Are created only when initiated by the user.

• Are saved only to the storage location selected by the user.

• May be stored on device storage or cloud storage providers selected by the user (such as Google Drive through Android's system picker).

• Are never uploaded automatically by CreatorBusinessOS.

For security reasons, exported backup files do not include:

• Security PINs

• Biometric authentication settings

• Google Play purchase tokens

• Billing entitlement information

Security credentials must be configured again after restoring a backup when required.

12. Third-Party Services

CreatorBusinessOS currently integrates with:

• Google Play Services

• Firebase

• Google Play Billing

• Google Sign-In

• Android Storage Access Framework (used only when you choose to export or restore Offline Vault backups)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

13. Data Sharing

CreatorBusinessOS does not:

• Sell your personal information

• Rent your personal information

• Share your personal information with advertisers

Information may only be disclosed:

• When required by applicable law

• To provide authentication services

• To process subscriptions

• To deliver application functionality
