Rules & Regulations

• Open to members of any church or recognized Christian institution.

• Songs must be Christian gospel or worship based on the Christmas theme.

Below 15 Years:

• Solo only

15 Years & Above:

• Solo

• Duet

• Group

Entry Limit (Per Church):

• Solo: Maximum 2 entries

• Duet: 1 entry

• Group: 1 entry (Minimum 7, Maximum 20 participants)

• Allowed languages: English or Hindi.

• Maximum performance time: 5 minutes.

• A bell will signal when time is exceeded and may result in negative marking.

• Only live music is permitted — no tracks or sequenced music.

• Participants must bring their own instruments.

• Instrument volume must not overpower vocals.

• Solo: ₹150

• Duet: ₹300

• Group: ₹500

• Registrations will be accepted on a First-Come, First-Served basis.

• Each form must be signed by a Pastor or Institution Head.

• Registrations cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Participants and audience must maintain discipline and respect during the event.

• Hooting, whistling, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

• Any disrespect towards organizers, judges, or participants may result in disqualification.

• Mementos will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each category.

• Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
