Softwinta built the Shigma Ply app as a Free app. This service is provided by Softwinta at no cost and is intended for use as is. 

Shigma Ply application is a Business app in which customers can contact us from different social platforms  links like email, Facebook, WhatsApp etc. and know more about us and our products in details. We care about your privacy and security of your personnel.

Collecting and Using your Personnel Data

For User Authentication and to provide services to user we use your personnel data i.e., name, mobile number, address, your product invoice and warranty card number (invoice and warranty card are generated only by Shigma ply company and sent to Shigma ply customers).

Permission:

Our app ask for Phone call permission to call to our Shigma ply company from this app (Shigma ply app) without opening users phone dialer.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
