Application means the software program supplied by Us and downloaded by You onto any electronic device, named Software update.

Permissions We Use and Why
INTERNET
Used to check for app and system updates, display update-related content, and serve ads (via Google AdMob).
REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES
Allows users to uninstall selected apps directly from within the Software Update app.
VIBRATE
Provides haptic feedback (vibration) when performing actions inside the app for a better user experience.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Required on Android 11+ to list all installed apps so the user can view available updates and manage installed applications. This information stays on the device and is not shared with third parties.
PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS
Needed to display app usage statistics (e.g., screen time, last used apps) and to check update activity. This permission must be manually granted by the user in device settings.
2. What information is collected?
Our application operates without login or registration. The information gathered depends on your interaction with Our Service. Crucially, We do NOT collect any Personal Data (identifiable information). We deeply respect user privacy; our application does not collect user-typed text data nor analyze frequent inputs.
Operational data for Service Enhancement
We gather certain operational details during your interaction with Our App, including button clicks and page views. This information helps Us offer personalized service and enhance Our App, covering general preferences (like language selection) and activity timing and duration (assisting Us in improving less-used features).
Information You volunteer when submitting feedback
If You choose to submit feedback to enhance your experience, We may collect usage data, such as theme type, App Version, system version, screen size, language, country, app language, device, time zone, network status, and ad removal or subscription status. This data is not compulsory; We do NOT collect it without your consent when providing feedback. This feedback data is periodically deleted every month.
How is information shared?
Since We collect no personal data, We NEVER disclose any personal data to third parties. Moreover, We NEVER share information You provide within our app (e.g., feedback) with any third party.
However, to support and maintain Our Service, We may utilize Google Admob to display personalized advertisements. Google may collect certain personal data (online identifiers and IP address) for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Google accesses your information solely to perform these tasks and is bound not to disclose or use it otherwise.
Be assured that Google will seek your consent before collecting, using, or sharing your personal data/identifiable information (e.g., IP address or identifier). If You refuse to share personal data with Google, Google will not access it for personalized ads.
You may opt out of personalized ads via settings or by following the instructions below; note that ads may still appear but will be less relevant.

Payments
Paid products and/or services may be offered within the Service. For payment processing, We may employ third-party services (e.g., payment processors).
We do not store or collect payment card details. This information goes directly to Our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These processors follow PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). PCI-DSS requirements ensure secure payment handling.
Except as below, We will not share your information with other third parties without consent unless:
Required by law to disclose to authorities;
Necessary to prevent significant danger or harm when timely authorization is not feasible;
The disclosure is anonymized and not personally identifiable; or

4. How is information used?
Information collected about You is used to deliver a personalized experience, such as through your interaction data.
We prioritize your experience with Our App and continually strive to enhance existing features and add new ones. Collected information helps Us identify improvements. We may use information for:
Providing and enhancing Our Service, like personalizing App content;
Monitoring App functionality and troubleshooting issues;
Offering support if You submit feedback or questions;
Fulfilling contractual obligations: development, compliance, and execution of purchase contracts or other agreements through the Service;
Communicating with You via push notifications about updates or information related to functionalities, products, or services, including security updates when necessary or reasonable;

For business transfers: We may share or transfer information during negotiations or execution of a merger, asset sale, financing, or acquisition of all or part of Our business. Before any transfer, We will notify You two weeks in advance, providing details of the transferee and the new Privacy Policy, and You will have at least two weeks to decide whether to keep or delete your Account and data before the transfer completes.
Law enforcement: We share information with law enforcement, public authorities, or other organizations if legally required or reasonably necessary. We scrutinize all such requests to ensure they are lawful and limited to data authorized for specific investigative purposes.

Your data is stored only on your Device and is permanently erased upon uninstalling Our App;

We retain feedback data only as long as necessary and delete it periodically every month.

Your information is processed at Our operating offices and wherever processing parties are located. This means information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. Exercising Your CCPA Data Protection Rights

We do not track users across third-party websites for targeted advertising; thus, Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
