Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 8, 2026
Welcome to the Software Update: App Update application (the "App"), developed and operated by SaverHub Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a clear understanding of how your information is handled when you use our utility tools.
This Privacy Policy explains what information our App interacts with, how it is used, and the privacy choices available to you.
To help you keep your phone optimized, check for pending updates, and manage your storage space, our App interacts with specific technical data directly on your mobile device.
A. Local Processing (Data stays safely on your device)
For the core features of the App to work, we analyze and process the following information locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or upload this data to any remote servers controlled by SaverHub Apps:
Installed Application List: We scan the applications and games installed on your phone to identify out-of-date software, track pending updates, and let you safely uninstall unwanted apps.
Device & Hardware Information: We read basic device details such as your device model, hardware specifications, Android operating system version, storage capacity, and Android ID. This helps us display accurate system specs to you and ensure update compatibility.
App Usage Tracking: We monitor local application usage times to provide you with insights into how you spend time on your device, helping you organize your routine.
Battery Status: We read real-time battery health, temperature, and usage statistics so you can monitor your power consumption.
B. Third-Party Data Collection (For Ads & Performance Analytics)
While we do not host your personal information on our own infrastructure, the App integrates trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to serve advertisements and monitor application stability. These third-party services may automatically collect:
Device Identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs (such as the Google Advertising ID / AAID), IP addresses, and language/region settings.
App Performance Metrics: Crash logs, load times, and internal app usage frequency to help us patch bugs and keep the App stable.
To deliver our core update-checking and uninstallation features, the App requires access to a highly sensitive Android permission:
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: This permission allows our App to view the complete inventory of applications installed on your device.
Why it is necessary: Without this permission, the App cannot see which software or games you currently have on your phone. It requires this total scan to check for pending updates against official sources, manage multi-app uninstallation, or recover app info. We only use this permission for these specific user-initiated functions, and we never share or export your app list.
Our App displays advertisements and tracks system crashes using trusted third-party providers. These providers handle your data according to their own independent privacy policies:
Google Play Services & Google AdMob: Used to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements and handle core system functions.
Firebase / Google Analytics: Used to analyze app performance, trace technical crashes, and optimize user experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. Your device-specific information (like app performance data and advertising IDs) is shared only with the third-party providers listed above for the strict purposes of app improvement and ad monetization.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our app policies, or to protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Because our App does not upload your personal data or app list to a central database or server, we do not store your private information. The third-party service providers we use retain data in accordance with their respective retention policies. You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads at any time directly through your Android system settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Our App is a general audience utility tool and is rated for everyone. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to a third-party service through our App, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.
We take the security of your device environment seriously. Because all software scanning and usage tracking happen locally on your phone, your data benefits from Android's built-in sandbox security. For data processed by our third-party SDK partners, commercial standard encryption protocols are utilized to protect data in transit.
Depending on your geographical location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you may have specific rights regarding your data under the GDPR or CCPA:
The right to access, update, or request deletion of the data third parties hold about you.
The right to opt-out of targeted advertising.
The right to restrict how your information is processed.
You can exercise these rights using your device settings or by reaching out to the third-party ad/analytics networks directly.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app features or legal compliance requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
