Welcome to Skilura: Soft Skills learning. This Privacy Policy explains how OOK Group S.R.L. (“OOK Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Skilura: Soft Skills learning mobile application (“Application”).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Application or by other appropriate means before the changes become effective.
1. What information does OOK Group S.R.L. collect?
We aim to minimize the amount of personal information collected when you use the Application.
Learning Data
When using the Application, you may provide or generate information such as:
- Selected soft skills and learning interests;
- Learning goals and preferences;
- Completed lessons;
- Quiz answers and results;
- Learning progress and streaks;
- Reminder and learning schedule preferences.
This information (“Learning Data”) is used to personalize your learning experience, display your progress, and provide relevant lessons and exercises.
Learning Data is processed and stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to or stored on OOK Group S.R.L. servers.
Usage Information
We and our analytics Service Providers may collect information about how you interact with the Application, including:
- Features and screens used;
- Lessons started or completed;
- Buttons and functions used;
- Session duration and timestamps;
- Application performance and crash information.
Usage Information helps us understand how the Application is used and improve its functionality, content, performance, and user experience.
Location Information
We may collect general information about the location from which you use the Application, such as your country or city derived from your IP address, for analytics and service optimization purposes.
We do not collect precise GPS location data.
Device Information
We may collect technical information about your device, including:
- Device or application identifiers;
- Operating system and operating system version;
- Device brand and manufacturer;
- Device language;
- Application version;
- Internet service provider;
- Network and carrier information;
- Browser or webview information;
- Jailbreak or root status;
- Crash and diagnostic information.
Customer Support Information
You may contact our customer support team directly from the Application or by email. If you contact us, we may collect your email address, the contents of your message, any attachments you provide, and relevant Device Information necessary to investigate and respond to your request.
Notification Information
If you enable learning reminders or push notifications, the Application may process your selected notification time and notification preferences.
Notifications may be scheduled locally on your device. If remote push notifications are used, we or our Service Providers may process a push notification token associated with your device.
Purchase Information
If the Application offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable app marketplace.
We do not collect or store your complete payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information, such as subscription status, product identifier, purchase date, or transaction identifier, to verify purchases and provide access to paid features.
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and personalize the Application;
- Save and display your learning progress;
- Provide lessons, quizzes, exercises, and recommendations;
- Send learning reminders you have enabled;
- Verify purchases and manage access to paid features;
- Provide customer support;
- Analyze and improve the Application;
- Detect technical problems, fraud, or misuse;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
2. Do third parties have access to my personal information?
We use third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) to support certain parts of our business and the operation of the Application. These Service Providers may assist us with:
- Mobile analytics;
- Crash reporting and diagnostics;
- Cloud hosting;
- Customer support;
- Push notifications;
- Purchase and subscription management;
- Security and fraud prevention.
Depending on the services they provide, these companies may process Device Information, approximate Location Information, Usage Information, notification tokens, purchase information, or customer support communications.
Service Providers do not have access to Learning Data that remains stored locally on your device.
We require our Service Providers to protect personal information and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided. Some third parties, such as Apple or Google, may also process information under their own privacy policies when providing app marketplace, payment, backup, or device services.

3. How long does OOK Group S.R.L. keep my information?
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the Application, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Learning Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, reset the Application, or uninstall the Application. Copies may remain in device backups controlled by you or your platform provider.
Retention periods for analytics and diagnostic information may vary depending on the Service Provider and our configured retention settings.
4. How is my information used for analytics?
We and our analytics Service Providers may process Usage Information, approximate Location Information, Device Information, and application identifiers to:
- Understand how users interact with the Application;
- Measure Application performance;
- Identify crashes and technical issues;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of features and lessons;
- Improve navigation and user experience;
- Develop and test new functionality;
- Measure install sources and marketing campaign performance.
Analytics information may be aggregated or pseudonymized where possible. We do not use locally stored Learning Data to create medical, psychological, or mental health profiles.
5. Children’s information
The Application is not intended for children under 13 or under any higher minimum age required by applicable local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you are below that age, please do not use the Application or provide information through it.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without the required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe that we may have collected information from or about a child, contact us at ookgroup@gmail.com.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The Application and our Service Providers may use software development kits (“SDKs”), local storage, application identifiers, and similar technologies to provide functionality, remember settings, conduct analytics, diagnose technical issues, and improve Application performance.
Traditional browser cookies may also be used when you visit web pages opened through or associated with the Application.
7. Push notifications and learning reminders
The Application may ask for permission to send notifications. If you grant permission, notifications may include:
- Daily learning reminders;
- Lesson reminders;
- Progress or streak reminders;
- Information about Application features or updates.
You may change the notification time or disable notifications through the Application, where available. You can also disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using the other features of the Application.
8. Sharing information for business or legal reasons
A. Business transfers
If OOK Group S.R.L. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, joint venture, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information processed by us may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Where required by law, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before your personal information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
B. Legal and safety requirements
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, court orders, or government requests;

9. How can I access, manage, or delete my information?
Locally stored Learning Data
You may manage or delete Learning Data through the Application’s available controls.
You may also remove locally stored Learning Data by uninstalling the Application. However, copies may remain in device or cloud backups managed by you or your platform provider.
iCloud or device backups
If your device backs up Application data through iCloud or another device backup service, the backup is managed by the relevant platform provider. OOK Group S.R.L. does not have direct access to your personal iCloud or device backups.
You can manage or delete these backups through your Apple, Google, or device account settings.

To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action regarding information processed by us, contact ookgroup@gmail.com.
We may request information necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. Some information may be retained where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
10. Information for users in the European Union, European Economic Area, and Brazil
A. Legal bases for processing
Our legal basis for processing personal information depends on the purpose for which it is used. We generally rely on:
- Consent, including for notifications or optional technologies where consent is required;
- Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Application or paid features;
- Legitimate interests, including improving the Application, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and understanding Application performance;
- Legal obligations, where processing is required by applicable law.
When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before consent was withdrawn.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion of your information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as applicable standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection law.
