Contributions should be submitted as an abstract of one page in IEEE Standard US Letter format. Authors' contributions will be presented as a 2-minute poster teaser during the workshop and a poster stand during coffe and lunch breaks. We welcome novel results, ongoing work, large-scale projects, and conceptual papers. The poster session will be an interactive showcase, with presenters encouraged to show physical prototypes and live demonstrations.
The review process will follow a single-blind approach. Authors of accepted abstracts are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the workshop. The recommended format is A0 (portrait orientation), but there is no mandatory template for posters. Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format via the form down below.
Accepted contributions will not be included in the RoboSoft proceedings but will be published in a publicly accessible folder on the workshop website.
