Call for Contributions
Contributions should be submitted as an extended abstract of up to two pages in IEEE Standard US Letter format. Authors are also encouraged to submit an optional 1-minute video presentation of their paper. We welcome novel results, ongoing work, large-scale projects, and conceptual papers, as well as extracts from already published works in high-impact journals. The poster session will be an interactive showcase, with presenters encouraged to show physical prototypes and live demonstrations. Presenters will have the opportunity to introduce their poster with a flash talk (3 minutes max).
The review process will follow a single-blind approach. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their results in a poster session during the in-person workshop. Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the workshop. The recommended format is A0 (portrait orientation), but there is no mandatory template for posters. Papers should be submitted in PDF format via [submission link].
Accepted contributions will not be included in the RoboSoft proceedings but will be published in a publicly accessible folder on the workshop website.
