SoftCoderX develops Red Rolling Ball 3D (“the app,” “the game,” “we,” or “us”). This policy covers the current Android app and support communications you send to us about it. Our privacy contact is support@softcoderx.com.
The game works offline and does not require registration or an account. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other personal details during gameplay.
The game uses the following information to provide its features. This information is processed on your device and is not uploaded to SoftCoderX.
Information
Purpose and storage
Game progress
Unlocked levels, checkpoints, scores, stars, best completion times, virtual coin and crystal totals, and other gameplay statistics are saved locally so you can continue your adventure.
Preferences
Sound, graphics, controls, motion steering, haptics, and accessibility choices are saved locally so your settings are remembered.
Motion input
When optional tilt steering is enabled, gravity or accelerometer readings are processed temporarily to move the ball. The game does not save a history of these readings or send them to us.
Display and performance information
Screen size, orientation, display density, graphics capability, and rendering performance are used locally to fit the game to your screen and adjust graphics quality. They are not sent as analytics or used to create a tracking profile.
The game uses local app storage to remember progress and settings. It does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or online player profiles.
Optional motion steering: The left/right motion controller starts OFF. You can enable or disable it in Settings → Controls. Sensor listening stops when motion steering is disabled, gameplay is paused, or the app is in the background.
Vibration: The app uses Android’s vibration permission to provide haptic feedback. You can turn haptic feedback off in the game’s settings. Vibration does not collect personal information.
No sensitive device access: The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, messages, or shared photos and files. It does not read your phone number or advertising ID.
Gameplay does not require an internet connection. Game artwork, fonts, and sounds are included with the app.
If you contact support@softcoderx.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. This may include your name, device model, screenshots, or a description of a technical issue.
We use this information to respond, investigate the issue you report, and handle related follow-up. Sending a support email is optional. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
The app does not automatically submit support messages, crash reports, or diagnostic files to us.
We do not sell or rent personal information. The game does not share gameplay information with advertising networks or analytics services and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Support messages may be processed by the email services used to send, deliver, and store correspondence. Support information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where necessary to protect legal rights or investigate misuse.
Android, Google Play, and your device manufacturer may independently process information when you use their services, including app downloads, updates, system diagnostics, and backups. Their processing is governed by their own policies and your device settings. For Google services, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
The app allows Android’s system backup and device-transfer features. Depending on your device, account, and backup settings, Android or your device provider may copy saved app data to a backup service or transfer it to another device.
SoftCoderX does not operate this backup service or receive access to those backup copies. You can review backup and restore options in your Android or backup-provider settings.
Clearing local app data or uninstalling the game may not remove copies already held by a backup provider. A later restore may bring back previous progress or settings. Manage any backup copies through the service that holds them.
Saved progress: Progress remains in local storage until you reset it or remove the app’s data. Use Settings → Controls → Your adventure → Reset all progress to remove unlocked levels, records, stars, and checkpoints. This keeps your preferences.
All local app data: To remove both progress and preferences, use Android’s App info → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data option, or uninstall the app. Menu names vary by device. These actions remove local saves and cannot be undone through the game.
Motion readings: The game does not retain a motion-reading history. Readings are used temporarily for steering.
Support correspondence: We retain messages only for as long as needed to address your request, handle related follow-up, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us. Where a legal obligation requires retention, we retain the necessary information for that purpose.
We cannot remotely access or erase your local game saves. Backup copies are managed separately as explained above. No account-deletion process is needed because the game has no user accounts.
The app stores game saves within its local app storage and does not send gameplay or sensor readings to a developer server. Android’s app-storage protections help limit access to this data.
We take reasonable steps to protect information provided in support communications. No device, storage system, or electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your device protected and share only what is necessary when contacting support.
The game does not request personal information or use advertising or analytics to collect personal information from players, including children. It does not offer chat, public profiles, or account registration.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information through a support message, contact support@softcoderx.com. We will review the request and delete the information unless its retention is required by law. Children should ask a parent or guardian before contacting support or sharing personal information.
You can play without creating an account, leave motion steering disabled, adjust haptics, reset progress, and delete local app data. Sending information to support is your choice.
Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.
To make a request about support information held by SoftCoderX, email us. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the request. Local game data is controlled through your device because we do not receive it.
We may update this policy when the app’s features or information practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new use of personal information.
