Sofra is a food ordering application that connects users with nearby restaurants to browse menus and place orders easily. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data.
سفرة هو تطبيق لطلب الطعام يربط المستخدمين بالمطاعم القريبة للتصفح والطلب بسهولة. نحن نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك وبياناتك الشخصية.
1. Information We Collect / المعلومات التي نجمعها
When using Sofra, we may collect:
Phone number (when registering as a customer)
Email address (when registering as a restaurant)
Name and address you enter manually for delivery
Order details you create (products, quantities, prices)
Camera access — requested only when you use the photo upload feature
Basic device information to improve performance and send notifications
عند استخدام تطبيق سفرة، قد نجمع: رقم الهاتف عند التسجيل كعميل، البريد الإلكتروني عند التسجيل كمطعم، الاسم والعنوان لتسهيل التوصيل، تفاصيل الطلبات، الكاميرا (فقط عند رفع الصور)، ومعلومات الجهاز الأساسية لتحسين الأداء والإشعارات.
2. How We Use Your Information / كيف نستخدم المعلومات
Process, track, and deliver your orders to the restaurant
Send notifications about your order status (with your consent)
Enable chat communication between you and the restaurant
Improve app experience and performance
Manage the points and rewards system linked to your orders
نستخدم المعلومات لمعالجة وتتبع طلباتك وإيصالها للمطعم، إرسال الإشعارات بحالة طلبك، تمكين التواصل مع المطعم، تحسين التطبيق، ونظام النقاط والمكافآت.
3. Data Storage / تخزين البيانات
Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud servers. We do not store any payment or banking information — the app does not process electronic payments.
تُخزَّن بياناتك بشكل آمن على خوادم Supabase. لا نخزّن أي بيانات دفع أو معلومات بنكية.
4. Data Sharing / مشاركة البيانات
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. The only data shared is your order details with the relevant restaurant to fulfill your order.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تجارية. البيانات الوحيدة المشاركة هي تفاصيل طلبك مع المطعم المعني.
5. Notifications / الإشعارات
We send notifications about your order status only after your explicit consent. You can disable notification permission at any time from your phone settings.
نرسل إشعارات بحالة طلبك بعد موافقتك. يمكنك إلغاء الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الهاتف.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion / حقوقك وحذف الحساب
You have the right at any time to:
Permanently delete your account and all your data directly from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account)
Edit your personal information from inside the app
Revoke camera or notification permissions from your phone settings
يحق لك في أي وقت حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب)، تعديل معلوماتك، وإلغاء أذونات الكاميرا أو الإشعارات.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption during transmission and trusted services compliant with industry security standards.
نتخذ تدابير أمنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما فيها التشفير عبر HTTPS.
By using Sofra, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and contact us to delete your data.
