I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Pisa and a Master's degree from the University of Turin.

Other experience includes an Erasmus exchange at the University of Bristol and several doctoral visiting periods at institutions such as the University of York (supervisor: Louise Richardson), Sapienza University of Rome(supervisor: Viviana Betti), and IUSS Pavia (supervisor: Alfredo Tomasetta).

My doctoral thesis is supervised by Simone Gozzano and Lorenzo Bartalesi.

Beyond presenting at various international conferences, I organized the interdisciplinary symposium 'Scents and Imagination’ (2025) at the University of Cambridge and a reading group in Philosophy of Mind.

When I am not writing about the philosophy of smell, I enjoy practicing yoga, drawing, and singing. And - yes - perfumes.
