The #SocMedHE community had grown in strength year upon year. What has ran throughout each of the previous conferences is a shared energy to use social media to empower our students. We have previously had students presenting at the conference and this year it is time to take that one step further.

We will be inviting submissions from undergraduate students in any higher education institute to apply to be one of our keynote speakers. The winning 'abstract' will receive:

• A keynote slot at a national higher education conference - how good will that look on your CV?
• A free conference place worth £65
• Bed and breakfast in local accommodation
• Travel expenses up to the value of £100
