Dr. Ayon Chakraborty (Assistant Professor, IIT Madras) is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Madras, India where he directs the Sensing and Networked Systems Engineering (SENSE) group. Prior to that he was a research scientist in the Mobile Communication & Networking group at NEC Labs America, Princeton, NJ. Ayon is broadly interested in the system-level design of future intelligent wireless systems and sensing technologies, spanning both algorithm design as well as system prototyping. He has regularly published in reputed venues for systems and networking including Infocom NSDI, Mobicom, CoNext etc. and was nominated for the best paper award at ACM Sigcomm IMC 2014. At NEC, he contributed to the spin-out effort of an innovative, lab-grown research technology (TrackIO) for infrastructure-free tracking of first responders in GPS-denied environments and holds several patents in that regard. Ayon earned a PhD in computer science from the SUNY Stony Brook, NY and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Jadavpur University.

Radha Tamal Goswami (Vice Chancellor of Adamas University) is an accomplished academic and leader, currently serving as the Pro Vice Chancellor of Adamas University and the Director and Professor of CSE at Techno India College of Technology, Kolkata. With a Ph.D. in Technology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, he has held various significant roles, including Director at Birla Institute of Technology's Kolkata campus and Dean at Sister Nivedita University. His research interests include big data security and machine learning. Dr. Goswami is a member of IEEE, ACM, CSI, NIPM, and ISTD. He has published extensively and guided numerous Ph.D. candidates. His notable contributions include developing ICT-based environmental management software for Indian coal mines and pioneering work in biometric authentication and cyber security. 

Rohit Verma (Systems Research Scientist, Intel Labs, India) is  a Systems Research Scientist at Intel Labs, India, working on optimizing visual data management systems to ensure faster query processing and lower resource utilization. Before joining Intel, he worked as a Research Associate in the Systems Research Group at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge. He completed my PhD in smartphone computing for transport systems from the Complex Network Research Group at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
