My name is Mia and I am a co-founder and co-president of SJA! I'm looking forward to the upcoming year as a junior in High school as we take on more drives, magazine issues, and collaborations while spreading awareness on relevant social issues. Within the past couple of years, I've dedicated a lot of time towards volunteering and service for communities in need, something that SJA has and will continue to focus on. As we prioritize shedding light on social issues and creating policies for menstrual equity, I'm excited to help lead and support every member to help us achieve those goals. Aside from SJA, I enjoy knitting, writing, and other artistic activities that allow me to relax and take time away from school. I also enjoy public speaking activities through Speech, Mock Trial, and theatre! I'm so excited to get started on our upcoming plans, so stay tuned for updates and new information regarding the Social Justice Association.
