This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to AppTecx Studio, located in Pakistan. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
Service refers to the Social Saver: Video Editor mobile application.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. Under CCPA/GDPR, this includes device identifiers and usage data.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service (e.g., ad interactions, device ID).
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
We do not collect any personal information directly. We do not require account registration, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
Usage Data (Third-Party Collection)
Usage Data is collected automatically through the Google AdMob SDK. This data includes:
Your Device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Unique device identifiers (IDFA for iOS, AAID for Android).
Device type, operating system, and version.
Diagnostic data and interaction data with advertisements.
Photos and Media
The App requires access to your device's photo library or camera to perform its core function (editing and saving videos). These files are processed locally on your device. We do not upload your personal media to our servers.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use the collected Usage Data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
CalOPPA / Do Not Track: We do not track users over time and across third-party websites. However, the AdMob SDK may track your behavior to serve relevant ads.
Opt-Out: You can limit ad tracking via your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Interest-Based Ads" on Android).
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features and content.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are billed directly to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. We do not directly process subscription refunds.
Legal Basis for Processing: We rely on Legitimate Interests to provide the Service and serve advertisements. Where required by law (such as for personalized ads), we rely on your Consent gathered via the App's consent form.
Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the data collected about your device.
Request deletion of your data (via Google’s ad settings).
Object to the processing of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.
This section applies to California residents.
Categories of Info Collected: Identifiers (IP address, Device IDs) and Internet Activity (Ad interactions).
No Sale of Personal Information: We do not "sell" your personal information in the traditional sense. However, the use of advertising identifiers is considered a "share" or "sale" under the CCPA.
Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information by adjusting your mobile device privacy settings.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
The security of Your Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While We use third-party SDKs that strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
