Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Social Media Control app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Evgheni Mihailevschi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to eugenapps@icloud.com. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
AI Photo Verification
When you use the photo verification feature, the Application collects the photo you capture and the focus category you selected. A photo may contain personal data depending on what is visible in it.
The photo and selected focus category are sent through the Service Provider’s backend to OpenAI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provider, solely to assess whether the photo appears to match the selected focus category and to return a verification result.
The Application does not send other personal, device, or background data to OpenAI as part of this verification request. The Service Provider does not use submitted photos for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or biometric identification.
Consent to Third-Party AI Processing
Before any photo or selected focus category is sent to OpenAI, the Application requests your explicit consent through a separate in-app notice.
You may decline by selecting “Not Now.” You may also withdraw your consent at any time by disabling “AI Processing” in the Application’s Settings.
If you decline or withdraw your consent, no future photos or selected focus categories will be sent to OpenAI. Features that require AI photo verification will remain unavailable until you provide consent again.
Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that occurred before the consent was withdrawn.
Third-Party Access
The Application shares user-provided photos and selected focus categories with OpenAI only after the user has provided explicit consent and only for the AI photo verification purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
OpenAI processes this information as a service provider on behalf of the Service Provider. OpenAI may use the information only as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with applicable law, enforce its policies, and prevent abuse. OpenAI does not use API customer content to train or improve its models unless the API customer explicitly opts in to such use.
The Service Provider requires third-party service providers that process personal data on its behalf to maintain appropriate security and privacy protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

Opt-Out and Withdrawal Rights
You may withdraw your consent to third-party AI processing at any time by disabling “AI Processing” in the Application’s Settings. Once disabled, no future photos or selected focus categories will be sent to OpenAI.
You may stop all other collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at Evgheni Mihailevschi and they will respond in a reasonable time.
AI Processing Data Retention
The Service Provider processes submitted photos only for the time necessary to transmit them to OpenAI and receive the verification result. Submitted photos are not permanently stored on the Service Provider’s backend after the verification request has been completed.
OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and security purposes, unless a different data retention control applies or longer retention is required by law. Data submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default.
Withdrawing consent prevents future transmissions but does not immediately delete information that has already been transmitted and remains subject to an applicable third-party retention period.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (Evgheni Mihailevschi) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where explicit consent is required, including for sharing information with third-party AI services, the Application will request that consent separately before the relevant processing begins.
You may withdraw your consent to third-party AI processing at any time through the Application’s Settings.
