Conference registration will be open until Sunday 30th August.

Conference registration costs £70, and covers attendance at the conference, as well as a complimentary drinks reception and dinner in the Hall at St John's College, Cambridge on 7th December.

When you submit a proposal for a poster or symposium, there is an opportunity to apply for a Travel Grant to waive this registration fee. Travel Grants will be awarded based on financial need and academic merit, with priority given to Early Career Researchers. 

If you would like to be considered for a Travel Grant, please register for the conference first. If your Travel Grant application is successful, your registration fee will be reimbursed.

If paying the registration fee in advance would create financial difficulty, please contact us by email. We can waive the advance registration requirement so that financial circumstances are not a barrier to applying.
