Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Social Linker! These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to your access to, and use of, the Social Linker application ("Social Linker"). Social Linker is provided by the developer of the bot, Microjack5 ("the developer" or "we") and your use of Social Linker is subject to these Terms.

Wording of this document is heavily inspired by Nintendo.com's Terms of Use and Discord's Terms of Service as the developer does not know how to write a competent Terms of Service document.

1. Eligibility.

All users of Social Linker are expected to follow Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Ownership.

• Copyrighted Material. Social Linker contains content including, without limitation, copyrighted images and material from the following parties:

Social Linker and the developer are not affiliated, associated, authorized, maintained, sponsored, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these trademark and copyright holders. All content present is intended to fall under fair use.

• User Content. Social Linker may permit you or other users to create, post, send or store images, messages, text, and other materials ("User Content"). Social Linker claims no ownership or control, takes responsibility for, or assumes liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto.

3. User Content and Interactive Menus.

Social Linker includes interactive menus ("Interactive Menus"), in which you or other users may, among other things, create, post, send, or store User Content. When you utilize Interactive Menus, you understand that certain User Content may be displayed publicly or to select users. You are solely responsible for your use of Social Linker and the Interactive Menus and use them at your own risk.

4. Modifying/Terminating Services.

The developer reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue Social Linker, or any features or portions thereof, without prior notice. You agree that we can suspend or terminate your right to access Social Linker at any time for any reason without notice, obligation or liability to you.

5. Changes to these Terms.

These terms may be changed from time to time as needed. If they do, unintrusive notice may be given via Social Linker's About Me description and/or the #announcements channel in the Social Linker Support server.
