General Information and Arrival

• Ryle High School is located at 10379 US Highway 42, Union, KY 41091. 

• All games will be played at the school’s stadium (turf field).

• Gates will open 45 minutes prior to the first match of each session.

• Players and Coaches will enter through the main gate at the top of the stadium, and check-in with the gate attendants who will have copies of each school’s roster.

• Parking is available in the main parking lot in front of the High School.  

• Buses can drop off players at the main gate and will need to park in the main parking lot.

• Restrooms will be open, and are located at the top of the stadium, connected to the concession building. 

Teams Rosters

• Each team is responsible for preparing and submitting a full roster of players, coaches, and your team’s 2 ball runners.

• Please email your team roster to Coach John Pohlman {john.pohlman@boone.kyschools.us} by 8/1/2026.

• Copies of all rosters will be held at the main gate to check-in players, coaches, and ball-runners.

• Those listed on the roster will be free of charge for admission to any games/sessions.  

• Additional copies of rosters will be made available to the college coaches in attendance.    

• Rosters for Announcers: Drop a copy of your roster, with starting line-up marked, at the Press Box upon arrival. 

• Roster for Officials: Have a copy of your roster available on the field for officials.

To summarize, email your complete roster with ball runners to {john.pohlman@boone.kyschools.us} by 8/1/2026.

Bring 2 Paper Copies of Your Roster for Announcers and Officials. 

Dates and Schedule

• Soccerama will consist of 9 total matches played across three different sessions during Friday, August 7 (Evening Session) and Saturday, August 8 {Morning & Evening Sessions}. 

• All games and times are listed on the Schedule Page. 

Matches

• Length of Halves: Each Match will be 35-minute halves with a 10-minute half-time. This is consistent with past Socceramas and will enable us to keep the matches on time.

• The HOME TEAM is the 1st TEAM listed for each match on the Schedule Page and will wear dark uniforms.  

• The VISITING TEAM is the 2nd TEAM listed and will wear white uniforms.  

• The home team’s bench will be closest to the scoreboard. 

• Water coolers and cups will be provided at each bench.  

• Teams awaiting their match will have the turf areas behind the goals to warm up.

• Locker rooms with restrooms will be open in the fieldhouse for teams.

• Each team needs to supply 2 ball runners for its match & include those names on the Roster that is turned in. 

• Game balls will be provided by Ryle High School.

***Players and Coaches from the 18 participating schools are welcome to attend any other games/sessions at no charge.  

• Players’ and Coaches’ names will need to be on the roster that is turned in to be able to attend other sessions at no charge.
