Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SocBy Solution Apps ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By downloading, installing or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense the Apps.

• Do not decompile or reverse engineer the Apps, except where permitted by law.

• Do not block or interfere with ads, or generate fraudulent ad clicks or impressions.

• Do not use cheats, modified versions or unauthorized methods to obtain rewards or paid content.

• Do not use the Apps for any unlawful purpose.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• The Apps may offer optional paid features, ad removal, virtual items and auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

• All payments are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not process or store your payment details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store app: Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription.

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Advertising

Free versions of the Apps display ads from Google AdMob and its partners. Rewards from rewarded ads are granted only when the ad is completed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.

5. Content and Copyright Disclaimer

Some content in our Apps (such as images, illustrations, pixel artwork, wallpapers, music, sounds, MIDI files, fonts and other media) is collected from free resources, public domain sources and materials shared publicly on the Internet that are believed to be free to use. All trademarks, copyrights and other rights in such third-party content belong to their respective owners. SocBy Solution Apps does not claim ownership of this content, and its use in the Apps is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to infringe the rights of any person or organization.

Such content is provided "as is". SocBy Solution Apps makes no warranty regarding its ownership or licensing status and is not responsible for claims arising from content obtained from third-party free sources.

Copyright removal requests: if you own any content in our Apps and believe it is used without permission, or you would like it credited or removed, please email rekcah.1808@gmail.com with (1) the App name, (2) a description of the content and (3) proof of ownership. We will review your request and promptly remove or credit the content, usually within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps' source code, design, interface and original content are owned by SocBy Solution Apps. Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners as described in Section 5.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Apps or any feature at any time, and do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available or compatible with every device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocBy Solution Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
