Poster Guidelines

All poster presenters will be provided with a sturdy easel measuring 36″ × 48″. Please prepare your poster to fit within these dimensions for a seamless display. 

We will provide presenters with any additional mounting accessories (e.g., clips or sticky tacks) as needed. Please arrive around 8:15 AM to set up your poster.
