SobrietyPal respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SobrietyPal mobile application.
SobrietyPal does not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal information.
No account creation is required to use the app.
SobrietyPal does not request or collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or other identifying information.
SobrietyPal does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, tracking technologies, or third-party data collection services.
SobrietyPal is designed to keep your information on your device.
Information you enter or create within the app, such as your sobriety start date, streak information, money-saving information, achievements, and other app settings, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
This information is not uploaded to our servers and is not accessible to us.
If you delete the app or otherwise remove its locally stored data, your locally stored SobrietyPal information may also be deleted.
SobrietyPal may use Apple's local notification system to provide daily motivational messages and other reminders.
These notifications are generated by the app and scheduled on your device. SobrietyPal does not use a remote server to collect or transmit your personal information in order to send these notifications.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.
SobrietyPal is free to download. A paid subscription is required to access certain features.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
SobrietyPal does not receive or store your payment card information, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.

SobrietyPal does not use third-party services for advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud storage, or personal data collection.
The app relies on Apple's built-in iOS frameworks, including SwiftData and system services required for normal app functionality and App Store purchases.
Because SobrietyPal does not collect or transmit your personal information to our servers, there is no user database maintained by us containing your sobriety or app data.
Your locally stored app data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device and Apple's operating system.
SobrietyPal does not knowingly collect any personal information from users of any age, including children under the age of 13.
Because SobrietyPal does not collect personal information from users, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information belonging to children.
