My name is Sobhy S. H. Abdelsalam and I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University, Egypt. My research focuses on fungal diseases of cereals and potatoes and biocontrol strategies. I have a keen interest in plant-pathogen interactions and how plants respond to biotic and abiotic stresses. I am also involved in microbiome studies.
