If you choose to enable Apple Health (“HealthKit”), the App will access only the Health data types that you explicitly authorize.

profile names or labels
sobriety or habit tracking records
streak information and milestone progress
journal entries, reflections, or personal notes
recovery goals or motivational entries
reminder preferences and notification schedules
optional mood or wellness check-ins
display preferences and app settings
This information is stored primarily on your device.
If you enable Apple Health (“HealthKit”) integration, the App may request permission to read and/or write specific Health data types that support App functionality.
The exact Health data types requested are shown by iOS in the Health permission prompts and can be reviewed, modified, or revoked at any time in the Apple Health app.
HealthKit data is used only to provide features you choose to enable, such as:
syncing wellness-related entries
displaying trends or summaries
improving consistency between the App and Apple Health
The App does not:
use HealthKit data for advertising,
use HealthKit data for marketing,
use HealthKit data for profiling,
use HealthKit data for tracking, or
sell HealthKit data to third parties.
The App does not:
collect advertising identifiers,
perform cross-app tracking,
collect precise location data,
collect payment card or billing information directly,
use third-party advertising SDKs,
use third-party analytics services,
or use third-party crash reporting services.
Information is used only to provide App functionality and features, including to:
display progress tracking, streaks, reminders, and milestones
support habit recovery and motivational features
generate charts, summaries, or trends based on your entries
optionally synchronize approved HealthKit data
personalize your experience locally on your device
The App may include general educational, motivational, or informational content.

Because the App is designed to function primarily on-device and does not transmit your personal logs or recovery records to our servers:
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share HealthKit data with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not transmit your journals, streaks, notes, or personal recovery information to our servers.
If you choose to share information yourself — for example through screenshots, exports, backups, or iOS sharing features — that sharing is controlled entirely by you.
Your information is stored primarily on your device.
Apple iOS provides built-in security protections such as:
device passcodes,
Face ID,
Touch ID,
app sandboxing,
and system-level encryption.
We encourage you to keep your device secure and updated to the latest available iOS version.
While no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we design the App to minimize unnecessary data collection and transmission whenever possible.
You can manage your information in the following ways:
HealthKit permissions: You can review or modify Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app.
Local App data: You may delete entries within the App where deletion functionality is available.
App removal: You may remove locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
Notifications: You may manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Profile information: You may modify or remove profile names or labels you entered into the App.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, or operational needs.
When updates are made, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
