Soar's Capture

Soar was flying aroUnd his favorite place, YorktowN Elementary SchooL, when all of the sudden he saw a net cOming at him. He tried to avoid it, but got trapped in a net anyway. He was pulled in by the trapper, and even though he tried to get away, he was loCKed in a cage.

Soar has been trapped and is now locked in a cage. Decode all of the locks to help Soar breakout so he can be free again.
