Who we are: SOAR is an out reach ministry of cvfree Church. It is our goal to assist individuals with substance use disorder and other addictive behaviors. We provide a supportive community that aides people in maintaining sobreity and developing strategies to create a better life. We believe that God's love is the ultimate gift and He can enable anyone to experience healing.

What happens at a meeting?

We believe in each person's right to privacy and the need for confidentiality
We believe that a supportive community is important.
We take time to have discussion and share experiences that may be helpful to others in the group.
The 12-steps of AA are reviewed and discussed.
Coins are given to acknowledge individual successes.
An encouraging devotional and Bible verses are shared.

Sobriety is only the first step. Learning to live differently, that's recovery!
