The hotel:

Most participants will be staying at the Hotel Jardim, Praceta D. Afonso V, 3810-094 Aveiro,

If a reservation has been made for you, just go to the reception desk and give your name (you will also need some form of ID, hotels in Portugal are legally obliged to register your presence with the authorities).

The social dinner:

The dinner will be at the restaurant Cais da Tosca (Cais do Alboi 12, 3810-045 Aveiro), on Thursday, 11 June, starting at 7:30pm.
