In honor of Lucile Curtis English, her badge is presented to an outstanding Alumna to be worn for one year. Lucile was an initiate of Lambda Chapter, Stanford University. She was a visionary force, and part of the impetus for the founding of Southern California Council. She was a large part of the growth and extension of AOII in Southern California.

Since 2017 and in honor of Bonnie Berger, her Rose Award is presented to an outstanding Alumna who has excelled in her abilities to mentor others, who believes in the ideals of AOII, and who is an active participant, true friend and sister to be worn for one year. Bonnie was an initiate of Tau Chapter at the University of Minnesota. She was a human dynamo who served AOII in a variety of positions, most notably as Regional Vice President of the Region X Team and a part of the San Diego Alumnae Chapter. Bonnie's accomplishments were many and she was recognized for her outstanding service to AOII with the Rose Award in 1997 at the New York Centennial International Convention for AOII.
