By using Snuggle, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Safety

Snuggle is a platform for couples. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the 6-digit pairing code.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Snuggle for its intended purpose: staying connected with your partner. You may not:

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or upload illegal content.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or interfere with its real-time drawing/syncing capabilities.

• Share your 6-digit pairing code with unauthorized third parties.

3. Feature Descriptions & Content

• Cards: Question decks (e.g., "Deep Questions," "Hot & Spicy") are provided for entertainment. While we include "Effective Communication" decks, Snuggle is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy.

• Real-Time Drawing: This is a live sync feature. We are not responsible for content drawn and shared between users.

4. Subscription & Billing (If Applicable)

• Payments: If you purchase premium card decks or features, billing is handled via the Apple App Store.

• Cancellation: You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

• Data on Deletion: If you delete your account, access to premium content may be lost and is generally non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Snuggle is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snuggle and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to technical interruptions or disagreements resulting from the use of the question cards.

6. Intellectual Property

The Snuggle name, logo, curated card questions, and app design are the exclusive property of Snuggle. Your drawings and conversation answers remain yours, but you grant us the technical license to host and transmit them to your partner as part of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snuggle operates.
