Sales are final, but customers have seven (7) days to report faulty heating pad for a prompt replacement. Proof of payment / receipt and product defects are required.

Heating Pad Removal: Before washing, ensure the heating pad is removed from the back compartment.
Washing Guidelines: Use a gentle cycle on your washing machine. Wash the plushie in cold water to preserve the colors and fabric. Use a mild detergent to maintain the softness of the plushie.
Drying Instructions: Air-dry the plushie to prevent any potential damage caused by heat. Ensure the plushie is completely dry before reinserting the heating pad and using it again.
Storage: Store the plushie in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Warning: Do not overheat the heating pad. Do not use the heating pad if it is damaged. Unplug the heating pad once the red light turns off.
Caution: Do not allow young children to operate the heating pad or plushie without adult supervision. If the heating pad shows any signs of wear or damage, discontinue use immediately.
