About SNU Evolutionary Material Workshop

1st SNU Evolutionary Material Workshop will be held at Seoul National University in October 26, 2018, supported by LGD-SNU Incubation Program, Creative Materials Discovery Program, Seoul National University. Theme is about "Self assembly and copperation of biomolecules that have been evolved to make complex functions & Inspiration of these beautiful principles to synthetic materials and devices." We invited distinguished scientists from various sub fields to initiate a lof of interdisciplinary collaboration for this attempt of our human being in understanding the biological beauty and beyond. We hope that this workshop will offer a great opportunity to explore new directions for development and research in the future. 1st SNU Evolutionary Material Workshop will offer a meaningful chance to follow up an up-to-date research trend, exchange thoughts among researchers in the related fields. We hope that this workshop can provide concerted networks among various scientists resulting development of material fields.
