Snowery Ice Cream began in October 2017 as a home-based business with a passion for crafting high-quality ice cream. With a trademark registered under MyIPO, we started with an industrial-grade hard ice cream machine, producing 10 liters per batch. In the early days, our focus was on catering services, supplying ice cream for school carnivals, public expos, corporate events, and private celebrations such as weddings, family gatherings, and festive occasions.
As demands grew, we expanded our offerings to include packaged ice cream in 1L and 6L tubs. In 2018, the founder took a hands-on approach by selling ice cream directly outside schools and collaborating with school canteen operators. However, recognizing the challenges of running a business without sufficient experience and capital, Snowery temporarily scaled down operations in 2019. For the next five years, ice cream catering continued on weekends while the founder balanced full-time employment, refining strategies to build a stronger foundation.
In July 2024, Snowery took a major step forward by opening its first physical store in Tanjung Sedili, Kota Tinggi. With a dedicated production house, we improved efficiency and increased our ice cream output fourfold. Beyond our signature hard ice cream, we introduced soft-serve ice cream, a product that was previously unavailable in the local area. Many residents had to travel to urban centers like AEON malls to enjoy soft-serve ice cream, and we are proud to bring this experience closer to home.

Our mission is to maintain consistent quality, create job opportunities, expand our network, and provide the best experience for our customers. With strong community support and positive feedback, we are optimistic about expanding our distribution channels across Johor and beyond, making Snowery Ice Cream a household name in Malaysia.
