The ski and snowboard industry has been declining over the years due to the less participation and the price war that has been steadily rising in our country.
According to Origin.com the skiing industry reached its height in 2010 with over 10.1 million active ski and snowboarders. However since then it has been on a rapid decline of over 7.7 million skiers/snowboarders from 2010-2016. However in 2021 after the pandemic we saw a huge rise in the amount of first time skier/snowboarders on the moutain as people were trying to get out and be "free".
