Welcome to SNK Fergus PC/MacBook and Cellphone Repair! Powered by Howie's Technical Solutions.

We are a small, repair shop located in the heart of Fergus, Ontario. We specialize in repairs for laptops, computers, and

cellphones of all kinds. At SNK Fergus, we understand that your devices are an essential part of staying connected and

productive. That's why we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality repairs, at the most affordable prices.

SNK is pleased to confirm that in our continued effort to deliver superior service, we have transitioned to an appointment-based, pick-up and drop-off service model.

Our Service Model

Appointment-Based Service Only

To ensure the highest quality of service and efficient scheduling, all transactions are conducted by appointment. We do not accept walk-in or drop-in visits at this time.

Complimentary Pick-Up & Drop-Off

SNK provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off service at no cost to our customers. There are no additional fees for this service — delivery is entirely free.

Transparent Phone Quotes

Prior to any work being performed, we provide a clear and accurate quote over the phone. Our customers are fully informed before committing to service.

Rapid Turnaround

Repairs are typically completed the same day or by the very next business day.

Mail-In Service for Remote Clientele

For clients situated at a distance who are unable to avail themselves of our pick-up and drop-off provisions, SNK offers a convenient mail-in service. Clients may simply mail their devices to the following address:

SNK Fergus Cell and Computer Repair

431 St. Andrew St. W., Unit 103

Upon completion of the requisite repairs, we will return the items directly to the client's address. This ensures that all customers, regardless of geographic location, may benefit from our services.

Why We Operate This Way

This model was adopted for two key reasons:

Customer Convenience — By collecting and returning items directly, we eliminate the need for customers to travel, saving them valuable time and effort.

Market Competitiveness — This approach allows SNK to remain competitive within the industry while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
