1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the Snip It: Clipboard Manager application ("App") for Android devices. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Accessibility Service API Snip It requires the use of the Android AccessibilityService API to provide its core functionality (background clipboard monitoring).

• Why it is used: The Accessibility Service is used strictly to detect when you copy text to your system clipboard so the App can automatically save it as a snippet.

• Data Collection and Sharing: The text captured by the Accessibility Service is stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than providing you with your clipboard history.

3. Local Data Storage Snip It is an offline-first application. All snippets, categories, and preferences you create are saved locally in the App's database on your device. We do not host, sync, or have access to your saved snippets.

4. Third-Party Services (AdMob) The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), and location data to serve personalized ads.
