Ever since I've installed atlas, Win + shift + s (snipping tool) isn't working properly, the snipping part works fine, but the notification that is supposed to come after a successful snip isn't coming. Microsoft store shows that the app isn't installed (weird because snipping works but the app doesnt send a notification to edit the snip) I tried installing the app through the store, I get the error code 0x80092009, Microsoft store works fine as other apps are installed just fine

I've set my print screen button to start snip & sketch instead of just taking a screenshot of everything. @Lionile I'm struggling with something similar - once i snip an image and go to mark it up (sketch) the sketching process hangs like crazy - making it very hard to edit or erase or switch tools while marking something up... it hangs over an over again - it eventually will "catch up" but it is painful...

We like to know for example what you call "low baud rate". Perhaps anything below 115200 is low ? or is 1200 baud low ?

I'm using as basis the Example 3 in Robin2 link ... May be I need to dig in sligthly deeper in it. Baud rate is 300 but as I wrote I don't need to store the data just to process it ... In this case the read is faster that new data comes in thats the reason why the available flag is not set after I read the buffer.

the snipping tool is awesome and the snip and sketch sucks. Please allow for users to still use snipping tool. it is much easier and cleaner looking, not grey like the snip and sketch and you only have to click on you mouse and drag over, unlike snip and sketch, which I have to hold down the shift and S button at the same time while holding down the window button and then I can use my mouse to go snip. super stupid and waste more time. why would someone do that? time is valuable and the end view is everything (clean cut look is best)
