COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
When you use our platform, we collect and store information provided by you from time to time. We collect registration details such as Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Address, District, State, Pincode, Email, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Aadhar Number, Gender, and Profile Image.
For academic management, we collect specific details like Class, Category, Qualification, Experience, and Student/Guardian links. At the time of login via phone number, we may collect device information, IP address, User agent, App check tokens, and installation/uninstallation behavior to ensure security and functionality.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information for internal record-keeping and academic management. Information like Name, Address, and Pincode is used to manage user accounts. For Students and Guardians, we use data to track attendance, manage fee collections, generate digital marksheets, and handle applications.
For Teachers and Staff, data is used for salary disbursement, attendance tracking, and role management. We also use contact details (Phone/Email) to send important notifications, updates, and academic alerts directly to you or via our Communication module.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share your information with third-party backend services (like Firebase) for app functionality, data storage, and analytics. We may also disclose information to governmental or enforcement agencies to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights and safety of our users.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Information is strictly used for the educational and administrative purposes of SNI Institutions.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We shall not retain personal data for longer than required for the administrative or educational purposes for which it was lawfully collected.
