My learning throughout my time at Southern New Hampshire University has enhanced my performance In the workplace for a multitude of reasons. It has made me a much quicker learner, being able to take In what I am learning and quickly turn It around to use It In practice. It has also allowed me to have a better understanding of others, for now I am able to understand people a bit better, therefore better understanding why people act and react In the way that they do.
