By contacting Snep or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Snep provides advertising-related services including, but not limited to, ad creative design, Meta campaign and ad setup support, independent audits, and related advertising assistance.

All services are scoped individually. The specific scope, deliverables, and conditions are agreed upon prior to the start of any work.

2.  NO GUARANTEES 

Snep does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance metrics. Advertising results depend on multiple factors outside of Snep’s control, including but not limited to budget, market conditions, platform behavior, and client implementation.

Any guidance or recommendations provided are based on experience and platform-aligned best practices.

3.  INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER

Snep operates as an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other third-party platforms. 

4.  CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Maintaining ownership and responsibility for their advertising accounts

• Approving any access requests before granting access

Snep will not make changes to accounts without prior approval.

5.  COMPLIANCE

All work is intended to align with applicable platform policies and standards. Snep does not use or support methods designed to bypass platform systems, review processes, or policies. 

6.  CONFIDENTIALITY

All non-public information shared by clients is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.  

7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or reliance on provided information. 

8.  WEBSITE USE

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified without notice. 

9.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
