Dr. Sneha Mittal

I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Physics at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), working in the group of Prof. Mads Brandbyge. My current research focuses on atomic-scale quantum transport and theoretical nanoelectronics, integrating machine learning (ML) and first-principles methods (DFT/MD) to design advanced two-dimensional quantum materials and develop ML force-fields for targeted applications.
