My Teaching Philosophy :-I believe that every student has their own strengths ,pace and style of learning .It is my responsibilty to understand their needs and provide a supportive environment that helps them succeed.I want to encourage students to ask questions ,take risks and believe in their abilities.A classroom should be a place where students feel excited to learn .I aim to use interactive activities ,real -life examples ,and creative techniques to make learning enjoyable .When students enjoy the process ,they naturally develop curiosity and confidence.I see myself not just as someone who teaches ,but someone wh guides and mentors .I believe in building strong relationships with students ,understanding their emotions ,and supporting their social and personal growth .Teaching is not just about academics ,but also about shaping responsible ,compassionate individuals.
