Single Resource Preseason Meeting Information

When: February 25th, 2026 from 4:30pm - 7:00 pm 

The meeting will start promptly at 5:00, please do not be late! 

*Be advised that meeting attendance is mandatory in order to participate in the Single Resource Program. 

Where: 4701 N. Torrey Pines Dr. Las Vegas Nevada 89130

You will need to utilize the Main Parking Lot Entrance (southside with the flagpole)  

Step 1: You will receive a confirmation email from Fire Business with your Hiring Paperwork. Determinations will be made mid January. If you do not receive an email by then, please email Fire Business to request your status. 

Step 2: Fill out all Hiring Paperwork before Training/Prerequisite Meeting with blue or black pen (no pencil). If you are unable to attend the Preseason Meeting, you must email Fire Business to set up an appointment to drop off your Hiring Documents. Do not email us your Hiring Documents! 

Step 3: Familiarize yourself the AD website prior to Preseason Meeting

Step 4: Create a Gmail Email account (example: Firstname.lastname@gmail.com) if you don’t already have one.  This is required to upload documents to our AD website.

"Coming Soon Pages" means information has not been finalized yet for these pages.  Once these pages are active, we will email all ADs, so you can start working on your Pre-Season requirements. 

1. Hiring paperwork

2. Two forms of IDs- See the form I-9 (page 2) for lists of acceptable documents 

3. Something to take notes (notebook, phone, etc.)

4. A pen 

If you are unable to attend the Preseason Meeting, you must email Fire Business to set up an appointment to drop off your Hiring Documents. Do not email us your Hiring Documents! 

Be advised: You must prioritize meeting attendance. Only extenuating circumstances will be approved by the FMO if unable to attend. Please contact Fire Business if you are unable to attend the Preseason Meeting. 

You will be paid for the Preseason Meeting and Preseason Requirements at your Primary Qualification AD Rate. Please refer to the pay plan below to review your AD Rate. 

Important: We will not be paying for travel for Preseason Meeting.
