Profesional con destacada experiencia en Estudios Superiores de Investigación y Docencia relacionados con las áreas de Educación, Tecnologías (TICs), Sistemas de Información (SI), Gestión de Proyectos y Emprendimiento. Asimismo, experiencia laboral en puestos gerenciales desempeñados en organizaciones privadas y públicas. Académica apasionada, en todas mis funciones como docente e investigadora a nivel universitario. En estudios de investigación, mis áreas de interés se centran en las metodología de investigación multidisciplinaria; uso de tecnologías en el aprendizaje infantil y educación especial (proyecto de investigación nominado por la UNESCO para el premio Rey Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khali 2019); gestión organizacional y administración de empresas de innovación tecnológica; estudios especializados en alta investigación relacionados con usabilidad y adopción de tecnologías (SI y TICs). Como académica, personalmente me apasiona guiar y motivar a las generaciones jóvenes alentándolos como emprendedores innovadores, apoyando el desarrollo de su pensamiento crítico, espíritu emprendedor y creatividad, además, fortaleciendo sus conocimientos sobre las TIC innovadoras y los proyectos de desarrollo de innovaciones tecnológicas.
