This Privacy Policy applies to the SnapWipe mobile application, hereby referred to as the “Application,” “App,” or “SnapWipe,” created by Meena Ranka, hereby referred to as the “Service Provider.”
SnapWipe is a photo library cleaner app that helps users review, swipe, delete, and clean up photos and videos from their device gallery to free up storage. This service is provided as a Freemium service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
SnapWipe may collect limited information necessary to provide and improve the Application.
SnapWipe requires access to your device’s Photos Library so the App can display your photos and videos, allow you to review them, and help you delete unwanted items.
Photos Library access is used only for the core functionality of the App, including:
Displaying photos and videos for review
Allowing swipe-based cleanup
Helping identify items you may want to delete
Showing storage-related information where available
Allowing you to delete selected photos or videos from your device
SnapWipe does not sell your photos or videos.
SnapWipe does not use your photos or videos for advertising.
SnapWipe does not access your Photos Library without your permission.
You may change or revoke Photos Library permission at any time through your device settings.
Photos and videos remain on your device unless you choose to delete them through the App.
The App may process photo and video information locally on your device to provide gallery cleanup features. Depending on app functionality, this may include information such as file size, creation date, media type, and storage usage.
SnapWipe does not upload your photos or videos to the Service Provider’s servers unless clearly stated and consented to for a specific feature.
The Application may automatically collect certain technical or non-personal information, including:
App version
Crash logs
General app usage analytics
This information helps the Service Provider improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
The Service Provider may use collected information for the following purposes:
To provide photo and video cleanup functionality
To allow users to review and delete unwanted gallery items
To help users manage device storage
To improve app performance and reliability
To detect and fix crashes, bugs, and technical issues
To understand general usage trends through aggregated or anonymized analytics
To comply with legal obligations, if required
SnapWipe does not specifically collect, scan, identify, analyze, or process face data.
Because SnapWipe requires Photos Library access to help users review and clean their gallery, some photos or videos displayed in the app may naturally contain faces as part of the full image or video. However, SnapWipe does not use facial recognition, face detection, face mapping, biometric analysis, identity verification, or any similar technology.
SnapWipe does not:
Identify people in photos or videos
Create face templates or biometric profiles
Analyze facial features
Group or tag photos by face
Use face data for authentication
Upload face data to servers
Share face data with third parties
Sell face data or use it for advertising
Photos and videos remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to delete them through the app. Any access to photos or videos is used only to provide gallery review, swipe-to-delete, cleanup, and storage management features.
Only aggregated, anonymized, or necessary technical data may be shared with third-party services to help the Service Provider operate, analyze, and improve the Application.
The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle data. These services may include:

SnapWipe may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium access through Apple In-App Purchase.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The Service Provider does not collect or store your full payment card details.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it.
You may also revoke Photos Library permission at any time through your device settings. If Photos Library access is disabled, some or all core features of the Application may not work properly.
The Service Provider retains collected data only for as long as necessary to provide the Application’s services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Photos and videos remain on your device unless you delete them. Deleted photos or videos may still remain in your device’s “Recently Deleted” album or similar system folder, depending on your device settings and operating system behavior.
If SnapWipe includes account functionality, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting the Service Provider at: meena.ranka.apps@gmail.com.

By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
By granting Photos Library access, you allow SnapWipe to access your photos and videos only for the purpose of providing gallery cleanup and storage management features.
