SnapTidy does not require you to provide your name, phone number, or email address to use the core photo-cleaning functionality.

SnapTidy does not operate cloud storage for your photos or videos.
SnapTidy does not use your photos or videos for artificial intelligence training.
SnapTidy does not use your photos or videos for advertising or behavioral profiling.
SnapTidy does not sell your personal information.
SnapTidy does not intentionally collect your precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, or camera recordings for the core photo-cleaning functionality.
Payment information for purchases is processed by Apple or Google rather than collected or stored directly by SnapTidy.
SnapTidy primarily accesses information necessary to provide photo-management features.
The specific information available to SnapTidy depends on the permissions you grant and the capabilities of your device and operating system.
SnapTidy needs access to photos and media stored on your device in order to provide features such as:
Viewing photos
Reviewing photos
Swiping through photos
Selecting photos
Identifying similar or related photos
Organizing photos
Marking photos for deletion
Deleting photos
Managing other photo-cleaning features
SnapTidy only accesses photos and media to the extent permitted by your device and the permissions you provide.
On iOS, SnapTidy uses Apple's Photos framework (PhotoKit) to access the Photos library.
Depending on the permission level you grant, SnapTidy may be able to access:
Photos you specifically select; or
A broader set of photos that you authorize.
You can review or change SnapTidy's Photos access at any time through iOS Settings.
SnapTidy processes accessible photos locally on your device. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to SnapTidy's servers.
On Android, SnapTidy uses the applicable Android media APIs and permissions to access photos and media that you authorize.
The exact permission and media-access behavior may vary depending on:
Android version
Device manufacturer
Device configuration
System photo/media framework
Permissions granted by you
Where Android provides a system-managed photo or media-selection mechanism, SnapTidy may use the applicable system functionality.
SnapTidy does not upload your photos or videos to SnapTidy's servers.
SnapTidy uses photos and media accessed from your device only to provide the functionality of the App.

Displaying photos
Loading photo thumbnails and previews
Allowing you to review photos
Detecting similar photos or photo groups
Allowing you to select photos
Processing swipe gestures
Preparing photos for deletion
Performing deletion actions authorized by you
Maintaining temporary local application state required for the App to function
Photo-related processing is performed locally on your device.
We do not intentionally transmit your photos or videos to our servers.
We do not use your photos or videos:
To train artificial intelligence models
To create advertising profiles
To personalize advertisements
To sell or license photo content
To identify you personally
For facial recognition services
For cloud-based photo analysis
SnapTidy is designed to perform its core photo-cleaning functionality locally on your device.
Certain temporary information may be stored locally by the App or operating system in order to:
Maintain the current photo-review session
Remember local application preferences
Maintain temporary processing state
Improve application performance
Determine whether certain local features are available
This locally stored information is not intentionally transmitted to SnapTidy's servers.
SnapTidy does not maintain a cloud-based copy of your photos.
Because local storage and application behavior are controlled partly by your device's operating system, the exact storage and deletion behavior may vary between devices and operating-system versions.
SnapTidy allows you to review photos and select photos for deletion before confirming the deletion action.
When you confirm deletion, the selected photos are handled according to the photo-management capabilities and system behavior of your device and operating system.
On iOS, photos deleted through SnapTidy may be moved to Apple's Photos app's Recently Deleted album according to Apple's system behavior.
SnapTidy does not operate or control Apple's Recently Deleted album.
SnapTidy does not provide an independent mechanism to restore or permanently delete photos from Apple's Recently Deleted album.
If you want to restore or permanently delete photos in Recently Deleted, you can manage them through the Apple Photos app.
The availability and retention period of Recently Deleted items are controlled by Apple's Photos system and may change according to Apple's software and policies.
On Android, deleted photos may be moved to a system-managed Trash, recycle area, or similar location, or may otherwise be removed depending on the device and Android implementation.
The availability of Trash and photo restoration may vary according to:
Android version
Device manufacturer
System media framework
Device settings
Permissions
Photo-management applications installed on the device
Where supported, deleted photos may remain recoverable for a limited period.
SnapTidy does not guarantee that deleted photos can always be restored.
SnapTidy may offer paid features through Apple's App Store and Google Play.
Depending on the platform, region, and products currently offered, SnapTidy may provide:
One-time purchases
Lifetime purchases
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Other promotional or introductory offers
On iOS, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit.
SnapTidy may receive purchase and entitlement information necessary to determine whether a purchase or subscription is valid and whether Premium features should be enabled.
SnapTidy does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, payment password, or other payment credentials.
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
SnapTidy may receive purchase and entitlement information necessary to verify purchases and enable Premium features.
SnapTidy does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, payment password, or other payment credentials.
Payment processing, billing, subscription management, and refunds are handled through the applicable app store.
Apple App Store purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Google Play purchases are subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
SnapTidy does not independently process your payment card information.
If SnapTidy offers auto-renewable subscriptions, the subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable app store's subscription-management procedures.
The subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory or promotional offer will be displayed through the applicable app store or within the purchase interface before you complete a purchase.
For Apple purchases, subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account and the App Store.
For Google Play purchases, subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account.
Uninstalling SnapTidy does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Where supported, SnapTidy may provide a Restore Purchases function.
Restore Purchases allows the App to check the applicable app store for eligible purchases associated with your store account.
Restoring a valid purchase does not create a new purchase or additional charge.
Purchase restoration is subject to the account, product, and platform rules of Apple or Google.
SnapTidy does not use your photos or videos for advertising or behavioral profiling.
SnapTidy does not intentionally track your precise location for the core photo-cleaning functionality.
SnapTidy does not intentionally collect contacts, microphone recordings, or camera recordings for the core photo-cleaning functionality.
If SnapTidy uses analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, attribution, or other third-party services in a particular version of the App, those services may process certain technical or usage information according to their respective functionality and policies.
Where required, such processing will be disclosed through the applicable platform disclosures and/or this Privacy Policy.
We will not use your photos or videos for advertising or profiling merely because such services are present in the App.
SnapTidy relies on certain platform services provided by Apple and Google.

These services are operated by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
SnapTidy does not control how Apple or Google independently process information through their own services.
If SnapTidy incorporates third-party software development kits (SDKs), libraries, analytics tools, advertising services, crash-reporting services, attribution services, or other third-party technologies, those technologies may process information according to their functionality.
The information processed by such services may include technical information such as:
App version
Operating-system version
Device model
Language or region
Approximate technical information about app usage
Diagnostic or crash information
Purchase or entitlement status, where technically necessary
Third-party services do not receive your photos from SnapTidy for cloud photo processing unless explicitly disclosed in a future version of this Privacy Policy.
Where a third-party service processes personal information independently, that service's own privacy policy may also apply.
SnapTidy's core photo-cleaning functionality is designed to operate locally on your device and does not require your photos to be uploaded to SnapTidy servers.
Certain platform functions, purchase verification, app-store services, updates, or third-party services may require an internet connection.
Network connectivity does not mean that your photos are uploaded to SnapTidy.
SnapTidy does not intentionally transmit your photo library to its own servers.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by SnapTidy.
Because SnapTidy is primarily a local photo-management application, much of the information used by its core functionality remains on your device.
However, no software, device, operating system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, including device passcodes, biometric authentication, and operating-system security features.
SnapTidy does not maintain a cloud-based copy of your photos.
Photos remain stored on your device and are subject to the storage and deletion behavior of your device's operating system.
Temporary local application data may remain on your device until it is removed by the App, the operating system, or you uninstall the App, depending on the type of data.
For iOS, photos in Apple's Recently Deleted album are managed by Apple Photos.
For Android, deleted-photo retention and recovery behavior may depend on the device and Android system implementation.
Because SnapTidy does not require an account for its core functionality and does not maintain a cloud-based copy of your photos, there is generally no SnapTidy account containing your photo library that needs to be deleted.
You can:
Revoke SnapTidy's photo permissions
Delete local SnapTidy app data where supported by your operating system
Uninstall SnapTidy
Manage your photos directly through your device's Photos or Gallery application
Manage Apple Recently Deleted items through Apple Photos
If SnapTidy receives personal information through a feature that requires such information in the future, we will provide appropriate information about applicable deletion rights and procedures.

SnapTidy's core photo-cleaning functionality does not require users to create an account or provide personal information.
