WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SNAPTAP GAME.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the SnapTap Game (or in-app purchases), if any.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the SnapTap Game at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
