SnapSize ("the app") is an offline image resizer and compressor for Android. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short, SnapSize does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data.
SnapSize does not collect any personal information. The app has no accounts, sign-ins, or registration, and it does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
To resize or compress an image, you choose it from your device using the Android photo picker or file selector.
Images are processed entirely on your device.
Images are never uploaded, sent, or shared with the developer or any third party.
Resized or compressed images are saved only to the location on your device that you choose.
The app keeps no copies of your images beyond what is needed to complete the task.
SnapSize requests only the permissions it needs to work:
Photos / media access: to open the images you select and save the processed results to your device.
The app does not request internet, location, contacts, microphone, or camera access.
SnapSize works fully offline and does not connect to the internet. No data leaves your device through the app.
SnapSize contains no advertisements and no third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or tracking. No usage data, device identifiers, or diagnostic data are collected.
Because no data is collected, none is shared, sold, or transferred to anyone.
The app does not store your data, so there is nothing for us to delete. Images you save stay on your device under your control. You can delete them at any time, and uninstalling the app removes its settings, such as your theme preference.
SnapSize does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The app collects no personal data at all.
All processing happens locally on your device, and nothing is transmitted. This keeps your images private.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
