What SnapScrap does
SnapScrap helps you post scrap for collection, get matched with a local collector, chat about the pickup, and track the collection.
Common help
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign up. Enter your full name, phone number, email, and password.
How do I post scrap?
From Home, tap Post Scrap. Add photos, choose your items, set the collection address and availability, then submit.
How do I contact my collector?
Open Messages in the app to chat about your pickup.
How do I track a collection?
Open the job after a collector accepts it to see tracking on the map.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account.
